Very private place with great staff. I would highly recommend The Woods and any locations from Research Properties, as we viewed many during our search. This location was the best fit for us and we have had zero complaints during our stay.
This apartment is getting a bad review should be 0 stars. because we stayed there 10 months and had nothing but trouble. The issues we had is we were told we could pay with our credit card with no fee. This is true only for the first payment with a credit card, payments after the first are charged a percebtage. The second issue is you are charged water and sewer by the size of you apartment not by number of residence or meter. Figure an additional $60.00 per month. Also our air coitioner went out and took 4 days to fix.the last and final strike is if you don't give notice you are are leaving by the first of the month they will charge you an additional months rent in a termination fee. We gave notice on the 8th of the month due to being relocated because of work left the apartment clean and we're charged an additional months rent which we felt was very very unfair so if you are looking for a good apartment the wooded Way Apartments we do not recommend them at all. When we asked to revise our date of leaving and asked to stay another month we were denied that opportunity.very unprofessional and rude people when your leaving. All smiles when they are trying to get you to sign there contract. And when your ready to leave the are very rude and disrespectable. STAY AWAY FROM WOODS APARTMENTS!!!
I like everything aboutthis apartment. Can't think of any way to improve! Already the best apartment living experience I've ever had, by far!
