His arm was caught in the machine's point of operation - a circular drum that shreds the fabric fibers for reuse. OSHA found the company failed to equip the machine with adequate safety guards when the Dec. 23, 2016, injury occurred. The agency issued three willful and two repeated violations of machine safety procedures.

I would like to say thank you to the lady in the office of shipping and receiving, vary nice and professional, and she also came out in the parking lot and got all the truck drivers up and let us know that there was a tornado warnin in the area and we could come inside...And they allow truck drivers to park on the premises so you can you sleep.
