I've had a spray tan membership with Sun Tan City for awhile now. It seems that the employees never know how to work the spray tan booths. I have had two recent experiences where my spray has been wrong. I have even tried "checking in" with my preferences to make sure that it was right. I tried to contact customer service both times about the sprays being wrong. The representative was not helpful and did not resolve my issue. I just wish they had better training and would fix their mistakes when they mess up.
A bit pricey, but the service is great and the people are friendly.
