My apartment was good however it really needs some major updates. I would have given them four stars however the office is very strict with their residents. There is no relationships built with new staff compared to what is was with the old company. To them you are a number not a person. They also lied about not receiving notice upon my departure. I was able to resolve it after a couple of months by emailing several people to come to an agreement that I had moved out properly. I did manage to have my deposit returned.
Nice place to live. I have had great service here and recommend it! Previously 4 star rating, but they have updated and things look so nice so changing my review to a 5 star!!

They raise the rent and they are not worth it. They want two months rent plus a deposit total $1800. They are so ran down i won't let my dogs live there. And getting them to fix some is impossible. Spend your money somewhere else
I loved my stay here. Came there because of a job and KIM WAS AWESOME. wish I could have stayed longer. Only downside was the sewage and water bill thing. But other than that the place was awesome. Maintenance was spot on! They knew what they were doing, super nice, very professional and they took pride in their jobs and the people they helped. Had a late night problem one time and they were there within minutes. The property manager was AWESOME. No drama, no craziness, no COPS SHOWING UP BECAUSE SOMEBODY ACTIN STUPID none of that!! Love this place. They helped me not only with getting comfortable but helped me learn my way around the area and never came up short on anything. Good place to be. Oh, and the first place I seen where even people's kids were respectful!!! Now thats rare!! I highly recommend this place! Miss my townhome it was dope!!! So was the staff!!!
