But I wrote this to say this I would stay away from any apartments homes ran by this company they own property in Indiana as well as Kentucky. They are sneaky and money hungry.
I live at 115 court yard Jefferson Belle in.
Nice but small
Horrible. I should have took the reviews more seriously when I seen them. But I wanted to move my kids out of an unsafe environment instead I put them in something that is still not safe.
Very expensive and VERY rude management.
Aug 17 2016 I signed my life over to hell. When I was signing the lease the lady was shaking dramaticlly as if she knew that she was putting a mother of two which one is an infant in a home infested with bed bugs. At the end of me signing the leases I was told the apartment comes as is ( no the apartment should come ready for me to move in worry free). I had brand new carpeting, the reason they gave me was because it was filthy but they have tenants shampoo a dark muddy color carpet. However my "new carpet had stains". The apartment smelled like bug spray when I first moved in but me just ready to move didn't think twice about it.
