Great training, latest technology and ethical agents
I didn't have a good one at all... They are horrible. They lie to you and use your weaknesses to make sure that they make their money. I am a single mom with a child who has disabilities and another child to raise. They knew that and pushed me to close when the builder was out of town. I signed a document I asked for in case any issues arose. This was written up by the builders realtor and mine to convince me that I was covered. It was all a hoax to make me think that the builder would fix what was agreed to on the punch list we made at final walk through. When the builder came back to town, he sent me a letter informing me that because I chose to close while he was gone he wouldn't fix anything unless the venders agree that they need to be fixed. With my schedule and time caring for my son's by myself I will never have time to follow through by myself. It is really sad. This is a brand New build. It has taken me so long to get on my feet. I should have known better. The whole process was awful, but when you can only get a certain kind of loan and you can't afford to wait to see if interest rates go up, you do what you have to do to provide the best possible way for your family. I just don't want any other poor soul to end up like this. Consumers be warned. If you have to use Keller Williams Realty make sure that you are very knowledgeable about home buying and that you have a lot of support because they will not work for you and they will lie to you at every turn.
