Delivering 3 new truck's have had them unloaded for 2 hours they still have not checked them in. IF I am able to I will never come back here
They gave me an estimate of $54,000 to rebuild a Detroit 60 motor. After charging me $2,600 just to tell me the problem.
Excellent and professional truck service and parts
Called on a Saturday to get part. It was going to take me 2 hours to get there so I told the guy I'd probably make it but MIGHT be a few minutes late at most. They close at 4:30 on Saturday. Wouldn't agree to stay one minute late nor would they leave part anywhere else for me even though I offered to pay for it 100% up front. Gave me after hours number and said for a fee they'd come in. Called no answer. Called back and they said that guy was out of town no one else to come in. Offered to pay parts guy pretty much whatever he wanted for a few minutes at most-blew me off. Called shop supervisor and he wouldn't return call. They were totally unaccommodating. Cost us 2 service calls and a service failure as we had to wait to get part Monday to fix truck.
