They are a trucking company that ships almost anywhere in the US and Canada. All points in this part of the country are delivered in just one day.
Absolutely the WORST freight company I've ever dealt with. When you are on hold with their terminal an on hold message says, " On time delivery has been a long time industry standard". What a joke. I have been lied to 3 times this week about "your pipe will be delivered tomorrow". No supervisors can take a phone call because all "9" of them are not in the office. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVER trust these people with your freight........... you will be lied to and ignored until it is convenient for them to make your delivery. Here's an idea Holland, put your Louisville terminal IN LOUISVILLE. Then it will be more convenient to make Louisville deliveries instead of waiting until you have something going that way. It would also help if any of your people had an ounce of empathy when a customer has a problem. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.......SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR LACK OF CONSIDERATION. You will never ship another piece of freight for my company.
