Our order was wrong and had to drive back 10mi to get the order fixed. I asked for a coupon for a free order another time and they didn’t seem to think this customer was worth it. Not to mention the last order, week ago the tuscani noodles were dry around the edges. Not having any success with this location.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst service ever, Every time we order, but the last straw was last Friday. Ordered online and it said it would be 50 mins for delivery. Waited until it had been an hour and 15 mins and called the location to check on it. The supposed manager named Jeremy answered and was very rude, claiming "my order didnt exist" even though I had confirmation via email and my card was charged. He also never apologized or offered to do anything to make it right... I had to ask if he would remake it and send it out asap, to which he said it would be another hour!?!?! So I told him to cancel it and refund my card. Ten minutes later, the delivery driver shows up at my door with cold pizza and my receipt that WAS SIGNED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!! I can't make this up... I told him I won't sign the receipt and he said he can't leave his cold pizza here if I didn't sign it... So, of course I did what anyone would do. I told him to leave, placed an online carry out order at Dominos and my family was eating within a few minutes. Oh and as of today, my card has still not been refunded... Horrendous.
Pizza hut is the best pizza and this place is always consistent. Would be 5 stars if they hired more dine in wait staff.
Got delivery, hour after ordering, no big deal. Get the pizza, has three giant bites taken out of crust and both pizzas taste like they've been reheated and stale. Didnt realize my friend wasn't the one that took the three giant bites until after we consumed half the pizza. Called it in, waited on hold for over 5 minutes, only to be told I was lying about it multiple times. Asked for a refund, told I was lying again. Certainly would not have eaten the pizza if we had known it was none of us that did that. Disgusting. Take your money elsewhere, they clearly have issues.
Good Buffet all you can eat pizza, pasta and small salad bar.
