We’ve gone to the new location on 62 a few times during our work lunch hour. Wait staff is horrible and what they call a buffet is really reaching. There's hardly any ever pizza.. and when asked, the wait staff get grouchy like it's terrible they actually have to stock their "buffet." If you're gonna have a pizza buffet, there should probably always be pizza in the oven and on the counter. It's sad that we have to do a mad dash to the counter before it's gone! Absolutely terrible. The pizza tastes great, but even that can't help the fact that everything else is terrible.
The quality we expect from bearnos compared to what we actually received were stark in comparison. Felt over priced and the wait for a basic pizza was outrageous. Manager appeared intoxicated and waitress was too busy flirting to see to our table. Cook came out of the kitchen with apparent bad hygiene and used foul language. Another waiter was wearing a marijuana t-shirt. For a family style restaurant in southern Indiana it fell flat. Will not be back. Great location- awaiting what will replace it.
Very slow! Service is poor and their ability to check customer is non-existent! We will not return to this store! I will certainly let my community know before they make the same mistake of coming here at I62 location. It's been an hour and we are just getting our meal.
Placed a delivery order for $50 at 6:05. Was told it would be an hour. I called an 1 hour 50 minutes later and was told it was out for delivery. Received a call 15 minutes later and told the moved and do not deliver at my address any longer. Also, had the gall to ask if I was going to pick it up. For them to take 2 hours to let me know they wouldn't be delivering is ridiculous.
Came in and wasn't greeted by anyone. There was only 1 employee in sight and they were busy flirting with a table. Waited a few minutes to see if someone would acknowledge there were customers waiting and decided to leave. It seems this location isn't ready for being opnd yet.
