I like shopping here. Most of our all in one convenient shopping is done here. A few items we regularly need that they dont carry but its not a problem. We are always met with helpful service, smiles, great department service and any issues we have are handled in a professional manor.
I always find a sale on something. A regular place to stock up on vinegar, paper towels, garbage bags, bleach, etc. Casual shopping atmosphere with no intrusive sales people. No problems. 4 stars because Inexpensive car battery bought in December died in August.
Keep in mind it is a farm store. Live chicks, rabbits in the spring for sale. Have seen a mouse run across the floor. Really good prices and most employees are really nice and help. Go in an look at all they have to offer. Nice for hunters and sportsmen
Went in to purchase a hand operated siphon, no one knew where they were located. One associate sent me to lawn and garden and said to look by the grass seed.??? It was not by grass seed, so I continued looking for it. Found some nice black plastic totes filling up two aisles, all had signs saying they were $4.99. Eventually found my siphons and picked up one of the totes took them to the register where of course there was a line. Patiently waited my turn and cashier started ringing up my purchases. When he rang up the tote, I asked what it rang up. He said $8.99. I showed him the picture of the shelf clearly showing a whole row of these totes with signs saying $4.99. He said no they are $8.99. And someone should have put that sign there. Needless to say he would not give me the tote for $4.99 so I didn't buy the tote. Checked my receipt before leaving and he had charged me for 3 siphons. The lady at the service desk had to fix that. As we are leaving the cashier is kicking the unpurchased tote around the floor and telling someone else to go take the $4.99 signs down.
Was told there would be a 1.5hr wait before they could ring us out for a gun purchase because there was no one available. Also in order to purchase a gun you have to buy a lock and case from them. We called a gun store 5 minutes away and they was more than happy to match the price (-$10) and we didnt have to purchase a case and lock. Good place to buy feed and seed but do yourself a favor and go to an actual gun store if your buying a gun. You will get experienced knowledgeable gun owners and quick service going elsewhere.
