Not very good selections. Many is same items from 2 months ago. Hard to find departments. They run into each other and you end up in the next area and don't realize it. Music very loud. Hard to find anyone on floor to help and kiose not working often. This used to be my favorite store but in the last year or so it has really gone downhill. Kohls on New Albany much better. Also went to other retailer for better selections.
Great selections even a few days before Christmas. Didn't have to wait long for checkout either.
Great customer service! I had some major issues due to having someone steal my card number, and product ordered online. The were caring, understanding, and empathetic to the ordeal I had went through. Their customer service was top notch. Made me want to shop there even more.
