Outstanding service! Came in without appointment due to loss of engine power and couldn't be happier with the mechanics and customer service. Knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. Kept us updated as they diagnosed our problem, showed us the faulty part, explained how it worked, and made the repair. We were driving cross country and we're LUCKY to find Probilt. We are so happy with the work we got here! We are not from the area and our alternator went out on the road. AAA recommended this shop, and we're so happy they did. We had our car towed here at 10:00 pm. They opened at 8am the next morning and had our car ready to go by 11am! Amazing, fast service. The price was fair and the mechanics were honest and knowledgeable. Would come here again in a heartbeat!
its not the cheapest but it comes with a warranty on service (they have honored it because we had to use it once) and super SUPER friendly and personable, love these folks, as long as I'm in Jeff they'll have my business
