Several years ago I had a pretty bad experience with a Big O Tires at another location so I was very hesitant to try a Big O again but I'm very glad I did and I will be back!
The total time he had my car was only about an hour or so which I thought was pretty quick. The store was very clean and all the employees I interacted with were very friendly, especially Danny!
The employee I talked to on the phone and the employee in the store were both incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to make an appointment in the morning for only a couple hours later, and my car was done quickly. When it came to actual parts I needed, they explained my price range options, and I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive item like at other stores.
Great people. Help is always with a smile, whether you need a new set of tires or just help putting air in them. Quick work that is done well.

I called and talked with Danny Dooley and told him that I had a slow leak in a tire and wondered if he could repair it with a patch from the inside since the plug I put in it hadn't fixed it. He said he'd be happy to see if it could be repaired with a patch safely and if not he'd help me out with a good replacement used tire. I dropped the car off and while working on the one tire he did a quick inspection of the other three and found a major issue with one of my front tires which also needed to be replaced. He ended up replacing both tires with good quality used tires and cut me a real deal on the second one since he knew I was really hoping for just a cheap repair in the first place.
Danny is the best!! I came in for an oil change and rotation and he let me know I needed new tires before snowfall. I came back for new tires and they were the least expensive around - plus the best service. Thanks!!
