Jeff Home Improvements were amazing to work with. Michael was incredibly responsive throughout the process of installing a new roof after we had hail damage. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure that working with them was an excellent experience. The crew did a wonderful job installing our roof, including cleaning up after themselves and ensuring that our landscaping was protected while the roof was installed. Product great however service was lacking. Damage to aiding during roof replacement was not repaired and salesman stated they will not repair because I stated I was satisfied with the shingles. Crew left 8 hours of clean up and permanently damaged furniture in home due to not covering or moving furniture during work. Scope creep caused price to be over $350 a square. I do not recommend this company for any home repairs.
Our experience with Michael (our sales person) and everyone at Jeff Home Improvements was excellent. They replaced our roof last year after storm damage. Michael explained the process and the work was completed as promised. The workers completed our roof in one day and other than our beautiful new roof, there was no sign that they had been present. We would highly recommend this company.

These guys are incredible. I had issues with another contractor for an insurance roof replacement for my personal residence. I called these guys and they were out same day with estimate. 3 days later I had a new roof. Would recommend to everyone. Super professional!
