Most of the time, they mess my order up, but they fix it right away if I say something. I love their sweet tea though. That's the real reason I go.
Foods good, service is always good. Believe the owner even helps delivery food to tables if you eat in. That's good personal service. But I always bring a coat or sweater to eat in, it's always very cool inside.

This is THE WORST Zaxby's in Jeffersonville!!! They ARE RUDE AND MESS YOUR ORDERS UP THAN WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN COUPONS!!! I'VE CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE THREE TIMES AND HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANYONE YET ITS BEEN ABOUT 1 1/2 MONTHS NOW. FOOD IS NEVER HOT
Great food served hot every time, nice workers, and clean over all! Great for not spending much money for a lot. Would recommend to fast foodies!!!
