The food is delicious but a bit pricey, but that's standard for Penn Station. The friendliness of the service leaves something to be desired at times, but it's a clean place.
Food is usually good. Staff is always very unprofessional. As soon as your order is done, the staff is in the back or can be seen smoking and horsing around outside.
The food was good but over priced. Everything was ala carte, and no prices on the menu. But they had very friendly service during lunch.
Food always cooked to there best standers. Could be quicker with getting the food out faster to the customer. Long wait times. But the food is always so good!
My fav sub is the Italian. The fries are awesome! Great lemonade too!
