Lady was absolutely nasty to my wife and I to the point we said forget it, and went to the sellersburg bmv.
Got new license and they started the process of registering my vehicle from out of state. Very helpful
Place is a joke and always will be a joke , u will always have to make another trip for whatever u are there for, and then when u go back another employee will tell you something totally different from the first. Hate every DMV in every state. They don't make SHIT easy. Pain in the ass every time
I have never had anything but great service here, whether to renew a license, change an address, update plates or registration when a new vehicle is purchased, etc. I have interacted with many different staff members and all were kind and helpful. You get what you give...
they suppose be closed at 12:30 on Saturday ；how ever, I went to there two times and nobody were there. As all of comments said they are careless ,they don’t care how long you have been waited,you talk to them for 10 seconds and they told you comeback next time .always next time.if this is not the only BMV department I could go I never gonna go to this place again
