They don't take MDwise HIP, but they were kind enough to refer me to a location that did. Very polite on the phone
My least favorite urgent care. Not much for bedside manner, and not quick even though there weren't many people there!
They take forever to see you and other people get seen before you so just be waiting for like 3 hours.
We are the only people here, and we've been waiting for 1 1/2 hours for a school sports physical. Staff isn't very friendly.
My family checked in at 8pm we had 2 people before us. It is now 10:10 pm and we are still waiting to be seen. The last family that checked in were the same nationality as the doctor and they were pushed up in the line to be seen. So 4 other families including myself had to wait additional time due to the fact that a family and the doctor shared the same race. This should never happen and Nortons should do sonethibg about it, but I have a feeling that they will not care.
