Watch your receipt closely at this store. I bought for pieces of trim and not a single one rang up correctly. Between the four, they charged me over $5 more than it should have been. I had to go back and take a picture of the tag on the shelf, show the service desk person, then wait 5 minutes while she changed everything to get my money back. The items were regular price, so it wasn't even sale prices that were missed. Ridiculous to have that much of a difference and go through the hassle of proving they were wrong when they should have had better accuracy of pricing.
Never can say anything bad about this place! Associates are so professional and knowledgeable! If they don't know something they stay with you to find it out for you! I absolutely love Menards!! I've grown up the daughter of a construction worker and my ENTIRE family swears by this place! I make the drive from Kentucky just for the service and great prices I get here!
I love Menards! They have everything to renovate or just redecorate. Great prices and friendly staff. I come up with reasons to go.
I went in there for 663 sq ft of carpet padding the 1st guy at the desk after he got off the phone has his back turned. We let him finish up what he was doing for 5 minutes starts to walk off from behind his desk without acknowledging us. We speak up and ask for carpet padding he conitinues to walk off. 2 minutes later another guy comes. We tell him what we need. He never comes back. We go to customer service then they pretend they want to help us and said they will look at the cameras. Take your business elsewhere you will not get help. Or an apology for poor customer service.
