Great customer service. Needed a Walnut slab to create a coffee table and the guys made sure I found just the right piece. Ryan even followed up with a phone call to see how it looked in my new room and made sure I was satisfied. Awesome!
Extremely dissappointed with the customer service I received. According to the website, the office hours are 9a-4p....nowhere does it state that no one can help you between 12-1p. I was asked to come back because 3 people were busy sitting in the front office. Well Marwood, you just lost a sale and the best advertising is word of mouth which definitely you rate the amongst the poorest!
