If you truly are desperate for a loan, then use them. Their interest rate on a loan is outrageous. I wanted to get 1,500$ and the pay back was almost 2,300$, plus they force you to get insurance on the loan even though it says "optional" on the paperwork you fill out. For your contacts you list they will call them on the spot and have to talk to at least 3 of them, they were asking them, how long they knew me, if they know how I am about paying bills on time and if I am a trustworthy person. I also had to provide 2 recent paystubs and they also called my personal bank so they could verify I'm not in debt to my bank, had any outstanding checks, and how long I've been with them, as well as my job, to make sure I still work there, how long I've been there and if I had issues with any bill companies they were aware of, how much and how often I get paid and about how many hours a week I work. They also had me list collateral to match my loan amount, stuff like my Car and TV, and they will check the value on it to see if it is what you really say it is. For my car, they looked up the Kelly blue book value and also did a visual inspection of it and checked the title to verify it was I'm my name, and for the TV, they checked Google for the price and went with the lowest value. Anyways, I was approved for the check the same day i filled out the paperwork, but because of the re-pay amount I decided to wait. NOTE---> I went to them six months ago, so I don't know if any of this information I am providing is still requested by them or not, or if it's just certain people that ask the questions. Just be patient if you do decide to go with them, the whole process of paper work and them calling people took me about 2 hours, and when they read thru the paperwork to explain their company and legal jargon, they go real fast and don't like when you try to read it yourself, like they are trying to push you thru the process to get you out the door with money and paying them back a lot more than you want.
Friendly, upfront and will do anything to help you.
I applied there twice and both times got denied for length of employment...however, my friend went in a few days ago and got APPROVED when she has been at her job LESS time than I have been at mine. So I call up there today and talk to the manager and she tells me that I can’t compare two people side by side because I don’t know everything about the other person or what they look at so regardless it didn’t matter... I went on to tell her that I in Fact DO know EVERYTHING about this girl because she is my best friend. And not saying anything negative about her at all but I’ve been at my job longer, my income is more, my credit score is higher, my bills are the same as her and I obviously do know what they look for because everything the look at they had to ask me first. I called for a simple explanation on how this could be and the manager is nothing but rude and sarcastic...everytime I tried to apply id call back to check on the application, it was nowhere to be found and I’d have to start all over again.... I highly do Not recommend anyone to this place. Very unprofessional. Also I only put a one start because it wouldn’t let me post without doing so.
