I was the only customer in line, two employees behind the counter and no one even made eye contact, acknowledged that I was there, or offered a "be right with you." I would have waited had they done that because I love the coffee! After what seemed like 10 minutes of waiting, I walked out. Whoever owns this store, you need to FIRE your current staff, rehire better people, and trading them on customer service! I won't be back!
This place has gone down hill a lady had to make my simple ice coffee regular and cream sugar 4 times because it was wrong or she was adding extra ingredients
This location would be one hell of a place to open a donut shop. 3rd time in a row in less than a month that they didn’t have donuts ready by 6:30-6:45 in the morning. Happened several other times as well. Didn’t even have glazed! Last few times only had glazed with no other options. Need new owners or new management or both.
*update: ever since an employee named Kat started working there I've seen a huge improvement. She's always running around and working super hard. They need more employees like her!
The worst stop ever. They had a baby behind the counter. It took them 20 minutes to make one iced macchiato. They didn’t fill the order in front of me correctly and instead of fixing the problem they just ignored the lady. And the lady that brought the baby went behind the counter and made her own drinks and left. I can’t make this up.

I have done pick up through drive through and walk-in. Customers who order regularly get helped and served before and I get ignored. OWNER: PLEASE RETRAIN ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES!! I've spoken to a manager before and simply no customer service, no smile, no apology. Worst service I've ever had, everytime I come in....
